SHIPPING POLICY

When will I get my order?

We try to ship orders on the very next day. If order is not shipped out the next day, it's usually because a item is currently being freshly made or your order was not placed on a business day which is Monday- Fri. However, please allow for your order to be processed and shipped within 2-6 business days.

Oh no! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?

Our system usually let's us know if your address is incorrect. We usually send you an e-mail but you can send us an e-mail right away at tyyabeauty@gmail.com with your correct e-mail.

Do you do refunds?

We do not do refunds once items have been purchased, unless one or more of your items are out of stock. 

When do you do refunds?

Refunds only happen if your package was sent back to us due to your address not working and we only refund you back the total of the items that you purchased before the shipping cost was added. We do not refund back your shipping cost in a situation like that.
